If you have ended up in a dispute and need a lawyer then you shall first and foremost use the legal protection in your home insurance. 

Legal Protection 

Legal protection insurance helps cover your costs för legal representation in disputes as a private inividual. Your will likely pay 20% of the litigation costs up to 200, 000 swedish kronor (in most insurance companies-look up the terms in your own insurance). The costs you pay for are for lawyer fees, court filing fees, and similar expenses, that is if your insurance company has approved of legal protection for you, and for legal fees under 22, 250 Swedish kronor you are unlikely to recieve legal protection cover.

Home & House Insurance 

Legal Protection is almost always automatically included in every Swedish home-villa and Home & House Insurances aswell as in fully comprehensive insurances of boats and Full/limited coverage of a car. How the legal protection is structured is revealed by your Insurance certificate or Insurance policy. You can also be covered via your Trade union. Contact your insurance company if you have questions about policies or costs.

For The Entrepreneur

If you are a Entrepreneur, you will be able to se your company insurance assuming you have legal protection in it. Check with your insurance company what your insurance covers and the scope of the insurance.
